The mind starts to slow down, goes into alpha. We don’t talk while painting. The message comes out in a pure way.
In Spontaneous Painting the beginning the rational mind does not understand, what am I doing? But slowly they go into a nonlinear space.

We face a blank canvas, we start with a warm-up exercise, people relax rational control. There are hundreds of preliminary exercises....
