Asking people to upgrade faster to compete against AI is disengenous. The solution is getting dividends from AI work not just for you but for future generations too. Not trying to compete with it.
It's more about emotions that drives them. For everyone it's different but largely it's fear, hope and love. There are some exceptions to it for people who rise above their emotions. For such folks go with JTBD.
