#Redbus recently I booked sleeper berths from varanasi to bhopal, I was given no seat for 7-8 hrs had to travel in sitting on passage ( between seats) and was given assurance of refund but now when I called customer care I was shown middle finger citing that i completed the jrny

This is really ridiculous as I was suggested to cancle as the order if I wished, I ordered medical equipment obviously for some purpose at last moment suggestions are given for cancelling the order/reorder. Bigger issue is they have no clue what's happening
@amazonIN since last two days my order with tracking id - 26291324, there is jo update in app for that (except out for delivery), o contacted customer care also twice other than fake promises they had nothing else ( they were reading the message what I can read in my app.
