Let's talk about electric vehicle home charging for those that don't have a garage or driveway. In the UK 34.85% (RAC foundation, 2009) of car owners don't have the privilege of off-street parking and 95% of the time cars are parked doing nothing (Guardian, 2017)...

And many users won’t need to fully charge more than 2 or 3 times a week! Although, for ultimate convenience plug in every night & wake up to a full “tank” every morning! The car will only charge as much as it needs - so if you plug in at 50% and charge to full it’s half the cost.
