You are Fraudsters and Liars! There are no access issues, CCTV evidence shows you didn’t even show! Unless the health and safety incident was the Parcel Farce agent 💩 his pants! Your organisation is laughable that your lie to make sure your statics are fixed!

@parcelforce I live in Leeds. My parcel arrived in Leeds 2 days ago. It was then mistakenly sent to Bradford 6.6 miles away! I tracked the parcel today to find it has been sent to Warrington 60 miles away. Pathetic!

@AskDyson @Dyson please do not use @parcelforce they are a shambles of a company and the absolute worst delivery company ever, twice requested for Sat and twice redirected to local PO - email confirmation, still they come to home address. I have 10+ sorry we missed you cards!!

We waited over 5 hours on 4 phone calls, had 2 escalation teams working on my non delivery, my daughters company will not accept suppliers who use parcelfarce
