Kids deserve coaches who are all in, coaches who actively give 100%. Giving half an effort to practices, development, achievement & relationships cheats not only your players, but yourself. If you’re going to be a coach, then be an effective coach. Lazy has no place in coaching!
3 years ago today all of us in college softball had to cancel our season & some seniors never knew it would be the last game of their careers. I still remember this moment so clearly. This anniversary should be a reminder that tomorrow is never promised; cherish playing the game
I think when you’re transitioning from being a people pleaser to someone with more boundaries it’s so weird, because it’s hard to tell if you’re being mean or if you’re just listening to your own feelings because you’re so used to this only thinking about others
