Normal people: "I like to zone out when I run" Me when I run: "Okay, I'm running 8 miles, and I'm 0.7 miles past the turnaround and I'm running 7:30 pace which means it will take me 9 mins and 45 secs to go another 1.3 miles at which point I'll be 3/4ths done with this run."

I never realized how much I thrive off having a routine until my routine was taken from me.. lol
I am so proud of my lady. She displayed more drive and passion, pushing through adversity to achieve her goals. She’s the best National Pole Vaulter I know! Even if this is the end of a great career. I can’t wait to see her dominate the next challenge I love you @shariden_varner
