Our new study is out today in the New England Journal of Medicine! We demonstrate a speech neuroprosthesis that decodes the attempted speech of a man with ALS into text with 97.5% accuracy, enabling him to communicate with his family, friends, and colleagues in his own home. 1/9

Our latest preprint on kinetic modeling of 18F-PI-2620 tau binding in the brain using a non-invasive image-derived input function with total-body PET. We investigate PI-2620 kinetics in grey matter regions and assess the impact of scan duration on kinetic parameter estimation.
