I had the honor to know @Alan_Krueger when I was a visiting grad student & postdoc at @Princeton. He was brilliant & kind: a true gem in the profession. He will truly be missed.
We are saddened to share that Professor Alan Krueger passed away over the weekend. A true scholar and public servant, Alan will be deeply missed by the University community: ow.ly/x4VP50nslsY
Princeton University is a small and quite familial community. All of us are devastated--and shocked--by the death of our colleague Alan Krueger. He was only 58 years old. Alan was greatly admired both on and off campus as a scholar and teacher. Deepest condolences to his family.
