बहुतेरे अन्य देशों में भी ऐसे ध्यान केंद्र चल रहे हैं। ये पूरे विश्व में हमारी सनातन संस्कृति के भाव ‘सर्वे भवन्तु सुखिनः, सर्वे संतु निरामया’ के पद पर चलने की अभिव्यक्ति है।
मैंने संस्थान में उनकी अन्य गतिविधियों जैसे प्रशिक्षण केंद्र, पुस्तकालय, जैविक शाक-भाजी बाजार, गौशाला, बाग-बगीचा, आवासीय कॉलोनी आदि का भी भ्रमण किया। देख कर अच्छा लगा की कैसे यह संस्थान लोगों को स्वास्थ्यप्रद व तनावमुक्त बनाकर एक नए भारत के निर्माण में सक्रिय योगदान दे रहा है।
आज प्रातः मुझे श्रीराम चंद्र मिशन हार्टफुलनेस इंस्टीट्यूट के नवीनीकृत ध्यान केन्द्र हॉल का शुभारंभ कर हार्टफुलनेस ध्यान योग में भाग लेने का सुअवसर प्राप्त हुआ। मैंने व वहां बड़ी संख्या में उपस्थित लोगों ने हार्टफुलनेस ध्यान कर अत्यंत शांति व प्रसन्नता का अनुभव किया।
