Can they stop using clear plastic for hinges, joints, or anything else like that? Shit like this should not happen. Having the headlights be clear is not worth this kind of structural issue. Either make it an insert or don’t use it at all

Just got selects turtler/snaptrap and while I really like it, it has reminded me how absolutely fucked prime wars trilogy molds are in terms of qc. Some joints are too tight, others are too loose. The combined mode legs are more stable than the robot mode legs, which is weird

Recently acquired studio series jetfire (missing a couple accessories), and I think this might be the most slept on leader class figure of the whole line. It’s definitely got it’s problems, but I don’t hear people talk about this thing as often as they probably should 7/10
Bought the gobots 3 pack today. The cosmos mold might be the best deluxe mold from the first year of legacy and it’s a shame it’s so inaccessible. The reissue helped a little, but I’ve seen the velocitron version more times at retail than the United version.
Studio series age of extinction Optimus prime time Not the best figure I’ve gotten this year, but probably the best one to release this year(so far). It’s way more fun than I anticipated. Those feet panels suck though, they should have been pinned. 8/10 toy
Have scrapper in hand now and I take this back. That ankle tilt probably would break the mushroom peg. It’s the strongest ratchet I’ve seen on a tf toy ever. That being said, it shouldn’t be that strong. The ratchets on the Titan figures I have are less than half as strong
I don’t have scrapper in hand so I cant comment on how strong his ratchet is, but I do have er scorponok.The ratchet in his ankle is fairly weak,doubt it could break a waist peg This is under the assumption scrappers ratchet is weaker than scorponoks, because why wouldn’t it be
Just completed studio series devastator. The combined mode is a shit show, but it’s a lot of fun. I think all of the the individual members are very flawed, but fun toys. The only exception is mixmaster. He looks good, but I think his engineering is horseshit
Studio series devastation Optimus prime is like a 6\10 figure at best, but it’s the good kind of 6\10. I’m impressed at what this little guy is able to do at that price. It’s certainly not as good as the ss86, but the difference in price is larger than the difference in quality
