I think this a fantastic route for many reasons. These are the main two! 1. Gatwick doesn’t have much connectivity in Africa and this certainly increases this. 2. Provides the only direct connection between UK and Sudan.
Hi all as I mentioned last night Badr Airlines are looking to start operations from Gatwick to Khartoum soon. The airline is banned from the uk however they have gained access to fifth freedom via Istanbul.
Hi everyone as announced an hour ago Badr Airlines of Sudan have announced twice weekly operations from Khartoum to Gatwick from 24th February. The airline will operate from the South Terminal on Tuesdays and Fridays. Flight times- KRT 01:00-10:00 LGW, LGW 11:40-22:30.
