I eat last night after realizing I have no one in my life after that I need to stop mood eating time to change shit

I cooked dinner and didn't eat if I finish the night fasting I can eat all tomorrow
I miss never getting hungry. I could go at lest two days with out eating ,before my tummy growled its been for ever.
