To FordSA I was financed by Absa bank when I was buying the Kuga but I was also shocked that they also didn't know anything about the exchange of goods and that kuga got burnt I kept on paying for the car that is no longer existing and they didn't know anything about Ranger.!!
To FordSA. I reported the matter to Ford till now it's not sorted and I'm driving the car with expired license disc because Ford is failing me and even the very same Ranger has accumulated some penalties now because it's over a year and this issue is still not resolved.
To FordSA Come 2018 when I go to traffic to renew license disc for the Ranger I was so surprised to find that Kuga was still appearing on my name and was not scrapped off like Ford promised and had now accumulated penalties because disc expired and was expected to pay for both
To FordSA I was given Ford Ranger as a replacement of goods and was advised to continue with the installment that I was paying for the Kuga and was advised not to involve my insurance because it was a factory fault and I followed all the instructions.
But I am so so disappointed with Ford company due to the way they treating me up to today I was one of the victim who owned a Ford kugas that were catching fire My Ford kuga got burnt in 2016 Ford company took responsibility for everything because this was a factory fault
