I play in a league that skews older where a few fathers play with their sons. I’ve played with two of the father-son duos and it is a genuinely cool thing. For Bron to do it while still being a top 10 player is absolutely worth celebrating.

If your identity all season is stellar team play and “never say die” no matter the odds (and the Lynx really were special)…it doesn’t look great to say the game was stolen when you have nothing to show for OT other than two free throws and four TOs.
I know people will hate this But the Lynx had five minutes of overtime to take it out of the ref's hands and they scored 2 points It was an egregious no-call followed by an egregiously bad call, but the clock didn't run out then #WNBA
Lynx missed all 6 of their shots and had four turnovers across the final minute of regulation and all of OT, Liberty are going to sleep just fine.

Lot of things to be said about Cheryl Reeve’s comments, but one thing I’ll grant her is that she had a truly special team this year. However you process her bitterness, it comes from not getting the ultimate prize for a team that played beyond the abilities of its individuals.
I try not be that guy, but to the person on my timeline who posts once or twice a year about the WNBA just to shit on the Liberty, hope you enjoyed tonight. Even better that it was decided on a borderline call in regulation!
