#PMQs Since coming to power the government have made below inflation pay rises in the public sector when global economics were good, i.e. oil prices, inflation, etc.. Now, it's a pandemic and a war in Europe. Opportunities to safeguard the future have been squandered.

I would like to have a nickel for each time someone in authority asked for feedback only to defend, deflect, or explain away every bit of feedback their subordinate colleagues gave. And this is not "bad managers" either, usually competent in every other way.
Help a stranger: if you see somebody fighting with their phone to pay for a coffee, or finding they do not have enough money for a bus fare, or just struggling with the day, try your best to help them. Seeing the stranger's stress evaporate is thanks enough.
