Can anyone recommend some basic intrusive thoughts for someone looking to get into anxiety?
It shouldn't be a bad thing to point out that ADHD has very real negative consequences for people. It wouldn't simply disappear if we were more equal, free & without facing ableism. It may absolutely help a lot of people, but the underlying problems would still be there.
my ADHD would cause me problems if I lived on the moon, a socialist utopia, or wherever you can think of. Social, economic & environmental factors can do a lot to either worsen or help me with coping with it, but it's still there, in my brain, regardless.

The issue here is fakeness. I'm not against talking. It's the fact that we're all supposed to agree that it's Normal(TM) to not actually care about what comes out of the person's mouth but persist anyway bc prolonged silence is death, apparently
