In what alternative universe did I wake up this morning. Instead of Texas v. Texas A & M playing a death match football game I see that A & M is playing Harvard in a basketball game. That’s just not right.

Stat of the day: In his past three games (New Hampshire, Richmond and Rhode Island), Ben DiNucci has more total touchdowns (9) than he does incompletions (8). He’s 38-46 passing with seven TDs, and he’s added two rushing touchdowns and 136 yards on 22 carries.
Back working on my third book. The sequel to Anahuac is a work of joy about the 1970’s Austin music scene. Why did writing become more difficult when I better understood how to write fiction. Self criticism can be brutal.
