as a character designer for animation, i will say i think both of these characters are beautifully designed.
I'm getting very concerned that we share a world with people who think this is a good idea and people who might become so detached from reality that they believe a trained AI algorithm is their deceased loved one.

To me, a live action remake of an animated film is the equivalent of a photographic recreation of an impressionist painting. Not only is it pointless, it fails to understand the artistic value of the original intention. All they are is unnecessary and a waste of time and money.
