Belfry running back Isaac Dixon named Kentucky's Mr. Football by coaches association
Dixon rushed for 1,986 yards and 29 touchdowns and helped the Pirates win the Class 3A state title. Woodford County's Johnson named Coach of Year.

Coach Philip Haywood has won his 466th game (most all-time) and his EIGHTH STATE CHAMPIONSHIP!! 🏆2003 🏆2004 🏆2013 🏆2014 🏆2015 🏆2016 🏆2019 🏆2021 *He is now tied with Coach Mike Yeagle (Beechwood) for the 3rd most State Championships won!

Thank you to our seniors, career record 53-6, finished 2nd in points scored in a season behind last year’s team, and averaged 47.4 points per game last two years. 48-3 against the state of Kentucky (with a streak of 40-0) One 3A loss in 4 years. Outstanding career! #PiratePride
