We should fill in capitalism's CapEx-intense startup "Valley of Death" with gravel. We need a bulldozer or two and a large pile of small rocks (say, 0.5" diameter on average) that flow well. Push said rocks into said valley and everyone'll stampede across to reindustrialization.
