Organizations that bridge the gap for Black girls in computing and technology need resources (financial and mentors in the field). Free products will not help these organizations to scale - resources will.

Black women have taken a leadership role in the transformation of our communities that is often not acknowledged.


Specificity matters. "Women of color" does not suffice in truly supporting Black women because we bring unique perspectives, experiences, and needs that often get hidden. Even within Black women, we need to be more nuanced because we all have different stories.
