Very true and this is one thing that automatically disqualifies them from getting leadership positions. You can’t lead a team if you don’t understand the importance of good communication.

Another thing to realize (and I think technical founders do not realize it because they have that bias too) Devs are horrible at communicating, and it’s also very few that understand building as a function of the entire product as opposed to their individual tasks
