Oxidisation in pulped apples for cider. The apples in this picture were pulped just ten minutes apart.
Klarapfel (White Transparent) summer apples pressed earlier. Change in clarity during 1st fermentation. Racked today for 2nd fermentation.
First batch, from shop bought fresh apple juice, bottled today. 9.5 pints from the 5 litre demijohn.
First cider happily fermenting. Misread a few ingredient amounts, we'll have to wait & see the outcome #Experimental
