#evri has just admitted they’ve LOST my parcel meant for husband at Xmas. Ordered 22nd November! How on Earth is this company still in business. Just seen on BBC news the amount of parcels left outside in the rain. But in better news the supplier has sent me a full refund.

3/3 I want to speak to someone with authority to get this decision reversed. ESA told me my claim is still in progress. I want to know where you’ve got your figures from: I NOW HAVE A DEDUCTION OF £116.20 from my NHS pension without having received any ESA.
2/ @DWP @HMRCcustomers I rang both HMRC and @DWP to ask why this had happened to be told they’d been informed that I was in receipt of ESA! I AM NOT. I am still waiting on a decision and as of today NO DECISION HAS BEEN MADE. I’m fed up with being pulled from pillar to post
