Ffs switched from sky to @virginmedia and they sent me the wrong router and now it’s impossible to actually speak to anyone


Truly flabbergasted at @SkyHelpTeam with their utter lack of giving a monkeys at keeping a customer. Retention offer twice as expensive as @virginmedia - bye sky - shame really
