speaking of the 1911 I was contemplating doing "A light in shining darkness... but then I remembered there was "Maria"
So I ordered a new set of sights for the 1911 get an email stating that the one I wanted was out of stock. They refunded. Found the same ones on another site for 15 cheaper. :-)

Therapy session results Hellcat is getting closer. I think I know what the issue is. Installed the dovetail red dot on the XD that's going to take a minute to get used too. Now on to the 1911. Couldn't see where I was aiming. Black sights black center mass. Need to correct.

Yeah definitely missed out on a really good visual impact opportunity. Might try to see if I can find some scrap vinyl wrap that's roughly the same color... Cut out enough to cover the frame....
