I recommend trying the Cloudheim ( @noodlecatgameco ) demo on @Steam Especially if you liked BotW or survival crafting. I’m almost 5 hours deep. Might just a be a day one EA buy for me.

This game is undoubtedly overpriced at $50, imo, unless the game really opens up. $30 is fair. E for everyone but you can up difficulty which makes it fun for veteran arpg players. My only complaint so far is that the visuals are a bit washed out. Need some kinda contrast.

Delusions of grandeur
Microsoft deliberately disrupted its video games business by introducing Game Pass. That disruption has now led to a lucrative $5 billion service that's apparently profitable. But more importantly, it made Xbox users -highly- embedded into services.
This isn’t the only ubi game to be cancelled. I doubt it was subject matter so much as budget. I think people are being too hard on them. They just released a game with a black samurai that ruffled feathers. I don’t think they’re afraid to release it so much as changed direction.

For the record. Not every trillion dollar company is out there spinning lies. Most post financials in a clear very straight forward manner. Most tell customers what to expect in the coming year plus. Yes, every single one is trying to make a dollar but not all of them lie.
