Yes obviously. In fact half an hour observation is enough for most. Even that is not needed in drive through vax. But covid infection can cause heart attack many years later, which the vax boosters could have prevented.

Yes I can attest to this. Even in the domain of "computer networks" (my domain), which is far far less complex than climate, simulations/models have umpteen fudge factors and can show just about anything you want.
As a programmer and modeler, I can confirm that all forecast models contain fudge factors - especially the climate models - because we know even less about climate change than we know about everyday weather.
I'm pretty sure that is how dog "bites" or "attacks" are also counted: based on how many got the injections. That's how you get lakhs or whatever number of "bites" they come up with. The fearful don't have mental faculties to separate media scare mongering from objective reality.
