Simple conclusion from this. Don't use @AXAUK. Profits before their customers lives.

1. I don’t often tweet about my personal life, but on 1st November, my mum Jane was hit by a large vehicle as a pedestrian in St. Louis, USA. She suffered a severe brain injury & remains in a coma in hospital. Here's Jane & me in happier times.

Don't want the same system as doctors, don't need the same system as doctors - but want to do the same job as doctors

Can just imagine all the teams meetings that had to be done to come up with this vacuous 'update'. All that scrambling behind the scenes - just publish the results!

We’re continuing to prepare for the upcoming regulation of physician associates (PAs) and anaesthesia associates (AAs). Here’s an update on how we’re reviewing responses from our consultation and next steps: ⚫️Our consultation was a structured process designed to gather and…

Unfortunately, it looks as though an acid attack has indeed taken place against a Muslim woman in Middlesbrough this evening. The voicenote was sent by the son of one of the mosque committee members. They are focused on the victim, making sure she is OK.

Our office needed a whiteboard. Knowing how Kafkaesque NHS estates/procurement can be - I just bought one and installed it myself one evening. It's ridiculous how bloated bureaucracy and red tape stifles progress.

Death by a thousand cuts: a tale of how I got some noticeboards installed in a trainee room. As wellbeing lead i thought it would be nice to hang some notice boards in our trainee room, for regular updates on wellbeing issues. Seems simple no? Not for NHS front line staff. 1/

England's tactic is to bore their opponents into a draw.

If I found someone had taken a picture of my daughter and posted it online - I would be on the war path. It's inexcusable even if given permission - as it only serves to feed the PAs ego and SM cred. @Xeon4f145d96s1 please tell me you've at least reported this?

Just saw a PA post a picture of a newborn on their Instagram. That’s somebody’s child. Y’all need some professionalism lectures ASAP.

The profession has lost control of entry to medicine, training, the content of care, and is no longer self- regulating. The situation being created is, I believe, unsafe, unstable and likely to be unsustainable. Those in control (discuss), if judged by their actions….1/n)
