Feeling a bit deflated tonight🫤 3 SEND4 forms completed this wk for families I’m supporting😞last resorts in all cases..other agencies now involved… I try my hardest to avoid these steps but some schools just don’t want neurodiverse/disabled students unless they can conform 😞
I certainly wouldn’t change my child. I would however change everything about the not fit for purpose system he has to endure in order to thrive. It shouldn’t be this hard!!⬇️⬇️⬇️
Be THAT parent! ⬇️⬇️⬇️ Be their voice, the law is on our side, hold them to it. Who wants to be popular with them anyway? We’re not difficult, we just want a future for our kids. Is it too much to ask? It appears so! #ParentBlame #MentalHealth
