About to start a new baseball smut book series by a different author. Hope these are good because I have a serious soft spot for the last series (that I finished tonight and feel lost without).
The Phillies scored more runs. The Phillies had more hits. The Phillies hit more homers. The Phillies struck out fewer times. The Phillies drew more walks. The Phillies stole more bases. Baseball is so cruel.
Has anyone seen anything about where Rhys is expected to land next year?
What I will say is… this place was absolutely horrific that night and the next day. But now it also looks like everyone is hungry for next season already. And it happened a lot quicker than I expected - but also a lot quicker than the last few season losses.
So the World Series winner needs to either be the Mariners or Brewers. At this point, I’m all in on a team that’s never won one yet.
