SPIN THE PIN TAG- Ss are put into groups of 4-5. 1 ss spins the pin. If the pin lands on you, you grab tag stick and try to tag someone in your group. Once a ss is tagged, everyone returns and the pin is spun again. Tons of running and fun. Idea from @JDkeepmovin #physed

Mentioned to me by someone who wishes to remain nameless, but too good not to put it out there. Webster City's 26-2 baseball team had 15 members ... 12 of them are 3- and 4-sport athletes. 9 play 4 sports. You don't need to specialize to be really dang good, kids. #iahsbb

Everything you do or don’t do during this off season sends a message about your habits & who you are. What you do is far more important than what you say. Excuses are plentiful right now if you look for them, but remember, actions speak loudly. What do you want yours to say?

According to CDC heart disease kills an avg. of 655,000 Americans each year. Why have we not mandated exercise and healthy eating.

What an honor to have our facility featured. We have a great new piece on the Boone Campus and it will no doubt take our programs up to new heights. #bearnation

The National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics (NACDA) did a feature on our Fareway Fieldhouse (new student activity center)in their March publication, in their Facility Showcase section. Its a huge honor to be featured in this publication. spark.adobe.com/page/RMMPPEKdn…
