Apparently {Tetlin Junction} is the only way in or out of AK by car...its perfect for this...
Main components: [public lounge, office, mall/bank, restuarant, park, temp./perm. residence, car repair/lot & art theatre]
Also : -homeless rehabilitation center -public/private gym/healing center -100% electronic book library -massive adult playground/maze
Also : - a guarded independent bus system where you simply register your place & time of business work & it organizes the route accordingly
It should look like the homeless rehabilitation center comes out of the structures highly guarded anus, can u make the entry a brown circle?
*** the outdoor people park is uniquely split in half between public & private in a sensitive artistic way to cater intellectual-emotion...
Also : -private/autonomous small government (*police force) & education department school in a separate building...hahahaha
Also : -rooftop garden/helicopter pad/second private lounge -international (visitor) "post" -craft/hunt warehouse/shop/school combo
