Im working on revamping my Twitter after a couple years break! So for now 👆The Details up there are up to date! I’m a 6’8” 325lbs Entrepreneur, Stroke Survivor living with MS, Huband and Father of 3! I’m a lot, but also a lot of fun and relentlessly helpful and fiercely loyal!

Slowly working my way back to a marathon a day, relaxing after a quick(not really) 11mile run today!

Successfully passing Part A of GHL certification on a Saturday night is my idea of an exciting Saturday night..: Maybe I am a weirdo after all 🤷‍♂️

It’s funny how many people want to use go high-level for their business but have zero interest in actually running it. I get not handling minutia as a business owner, but you probably should have some idea how things work, so you know who to hire and trust🤷‍♂️

They didn’t say…

scare a developer in 3 words

Before you build a faster workflow build one that works! Maybe also don’t try to automate something you haven’t done yourself first manually 🤷‍♂️

Imagine… former coworkers banding together to build something bigger and better for clients… but there’s a catch… our expectations of clients are just as high as theirs are of us! 💯🛠️💖

You can absolutely be amazing with WordPress and build really cool stuff without knowing how to write any actual code… …but can you realistically say to somebody that your overall skillet in WordPress is an 8 out of 10 without actually knowing how to write any code? 🤷‍♂️🤨

15 years with my wife and I still get nervous when she travels without me because the world isn’t really kind to the deaf community still🤷‍♂️😢

Somewhere between blind optimism and paralysis by analysis is probably the sweet spot for scaling and building anything? It’s amazing how very few people land in the middle🤷‍♂️

Almost a decade later still one of the top search results lol... Probably needs a little bit of an update, but still very relevant! Coming up on a decade since inspiring Corey to write this post! 🤷‍♂️ I still ask questions each and every day, just different ones now!

Well, something new every day in the Internet! Now getting designs from third-party vendors that clearly use ChatGPT or some other terrible AI thing to design pages for clients who now want those awful designs embedded in their website… It’s like a Boyd’s Toast 2.0 🫠🤷‍♂️

I was on a podcast earlier this year where I was asked how I went from being in a wheelchair to running marathons…. If you know me, then you know, I only know how to do things 1,000% In one word… Relentless👊

Saying yes, to every client request is insanity! It’s important to appropriately push back or slow down and have a conversation. Sometimes it’s not the right move and you need to educate your client about the risks versus rewards because there’s always trade-offs🤷‍♂️🙌

A system or process even a shitty fist draft is at a minimum 10X better than nothing…seriously!

That being said, I also don’t think I’ve ever helped a coworker make a plan and not be willing to take the fall on the sword if it goes south?

Weird how going from a Marathon a day down to 10-15 miles a day I’m somehow more tired lately? I was never really a runner(outside of the necessity of sports) prior to a couple years ago, but that seems odd 🤷‍♂️

Speed to lead is only as great as the systems behind the machine to actually follow through… Shitty systems are better than no systems! But it’s amazing how many people/teams/companies still get this wrong?

Ever have an amazing idea only to find out after a quick search…. …so did a bajillion other people 🤯🤣 happens at least a handful of times a week for me
