We understand that collection of taxes r important for the nation. Except #GSTR3B why not extend all d compliance dates to 31/03/21 as done for specified Acts in #Taxation Act, 2020. @narendramodi Sir said "जान है तो जहान है" CA/Advocates are risking their lives for #compliance

Please extend all due dates that are falling on 30 th June 2020 for eg Income tax filing for FY 2018-19, GST due dates, TDS Due dates as many office r working part time, no staff availability for Small firms as no trains, clients r stuck @narendramodi @nsitharaman @KumariDiya
3 days to deadline for payment of TDS for March 2020. No announcement of extension in sight. 1st May onwards interest will be charged for 3 months. Is this what you want @IncomeTaxIndia @nsitharamanoffc @dineshwadera @Dinesh_bohra93 @CAclubindia @caamresh @Swapnasneha
#GST As per my experience MORE THAN 90% notices issued under GST are without proper jurisdiction by one way or another Any proceeding without exercise of proper jurisdiction is absolutely void. Sharing relevant para of judgment of Hon'ble Apex Court in d case of 'SAYED ALI & ANR'

Sensible To err is human, that's why you issued corrigendum In same way, taxpayers /professionals are also human they erred/ can err while filing various forms under #GST , so allow revision facility for same to make GST really Good & Simple.

After several unsuccessful attempts in uploading #GSTR9C to #GSTPortal I emailed the json file to CEO and VP of #GSTN to get it filed for me. Why should we waste our time & energy due to #gstnfailed? I won't pay #latefee for inefficient @gstindia.
Great suggestion, why should we waste our time & energy due to #GSTPortal issues. Mam @nsitharaman @FinMinIndia kindly allow us to file #GSTR9C & other #GST #return by email attachment to GSTN CEO or nodal officer as #gstnfailed. #GSTR9CExtend
Now it’s getting out of hands. Today’s GSTN just not working. @nsitharaman @FinMinIndia and @cbic_india are just absconding. It’s last chance we must tag @PMOIndia and @narendramodi . It’s emergency we need @PMOIndia to intervene immediately 🙏
Due to lots of systems glitches, Request Govt to extend last date at least for 15 days from 31st January, 2020 for filing GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C for FY 2017-18 as last resort...it's really needed by lots of Taxpayers...@nsitharaman
