“Every time you are tempted to react in the same old way, ask if you want to be a prisoner of the past or a pioneer of the future.” Deepak Chopra

Trump says he’s eager to help bring the war to an end meanwhile, our own government remains shut down. Kind of wild how we’re talking about global peace while struggling for stability at home.

Peace is the pastor’s compass. If peace leaves, and restlessness grows even after prayer and fasting, God might be stirring transition.

A pastor without a team that understands his heart will always be in defense mode.

There’s a place in ministry where the spark fades. You’re no longer preaching, serving, or showing up out of passion; you’re simply functioning out of obligation. The joy is gone. Ministry starts to feel like a weight you’re carrying instead of a calling you’re living.

Are we practicing faith out of obligation or cultivating a relationship out of our love for God?

Today is one of those days I wish I could call pops and have that conversation about ministry.

When we come around the table, something powerful happens. 💡 Teamwork is more than just sitting together, When everyone is engaged, focused, and committed, the vision doesn’t stay on paper… it becomes reality. Let’s keep building, together. #Teamwork #VisionToReality

Servant leadership isn’t about titles, it’s about towels. The greatest leaders don’t climb ladders, they stoop low to lift others. Jesus showed us that true power is found in service, not status.

Every season of struggle carries the seed of growth. Don’t curse the season; you might just be standing in the soil of your breakthrough.

Every pastor and leader faces seasons when the results don’t reflect the prayers, the preaching, or the planning. Discouragement is real, but so is God’s faithfulness. Stay the course, shepherd with love, and trust that the seeds you’ve sown will bear fruit in God’s timing.

A pastor’s love language? Loyalty. Not just applause on Sunday, but presence, prayer, and commitment every day. #LoyaltySpeaks #PastorsHeart

God handles addition, we must handle assimilation. Without intentional follow-up, excitement fades and people slip away. #ShepherdingMatters
