once I was walking down a main road in Finsbury Park when 3 male police officers in a marked police van catcalled me, in broad daylight. I am furious with myself for not reporting it.
I stopped running during the day in the Hampshire countryside because I was being approached by men. This is not a night time problem, this is not a city problem.
Staying inside at night doesn't solve the problem. I was sat reading a book in a beautiful park on a sunny day and a stranger came over and put his hand up my dress. It is not our behaviour that should change.

Thinking of all the disabled pupils who won’t be going back to school with their mates tomorrow. Many have been shielding for a full year at home and parents are 24/7 carers as well as teachers. These kids aren’t eligible for the vaccine unless they’re 16. We won’t forget you.
