Everyone is saying the #twitchcon vibe felt off that’s because a bunch of kick streamers.. have taken over what used to be a safe space for gaming, art and nerd culture.. So now it’s full of clip farmers, explicit content & rage baiters.
We really need ‘no streaming areas’ at future Twitchcons. A lot of these IRL streamers were very obnoxious, no consideration for others, clip farming + would shove their camera in your face. I miss when Twitch was just about video games + when it felt like more of a community.
Twitchcon 2025 was fun! I met some fire new creators & saw some familiar faces! - - - Huge shoutout to YouTube creators, Fourthwall, Katliente, and NCSOFT for allowing me to attend their kickass events! 👾✨
