What does your experience look like on your resume? I have come across many resumes for full time position while "weeding-out" resumes from a pile along with hiring manager. You know the common element of resumes which got shortlisted?
If a job description lists all the available languages and technology in then, run in opposite direction as fast as you can. It is a clear sign that the company has technologically clueless management where they see you as a “cost-center”.
