So I didn’t realize this but the girls are using psyllium husk in their smoothies to lose weight. Meanwhile I’m using it as a form of healthy fiber but maybe it’s working! The PFF (protein/fat/fiber) method is a great general formula for eating well to lose weight.
My dentist said the order to brush is to floss, mouthwash, then brush and not to rinse. Life changing!
