Lebanon doesn’t lack ideas; it lacks thorough execution. Consensus politics leads to paralysis.

Leadership is revealed and tested in crisis. Lucidity to see the path out of the crisis. Courage to decide firmly. Perseverance to stand until results support the choices made.

Loyalty in leadership isn’t about people or politics, it’s about the company. Loyalty defines leadership.

Success isn’t only about wealth or titles. It rests on two pillars: Autonomy: health, time, freedom Love: giving and receiving it Without both, success is incomplete.

Regret is wasted energy. Leadership is about making choices, taking risks. Focusing on the future, not rewriting the past.

In the darkest times, leadership rests on strength and convictions. Without them, everything collapses.

Lebanese entrepreneurs see the world as their playground. Mobility, resilience, and profit drive, this is the DNA of Lebanese entrepreneurship.

Core management beliefs don’t change. But leading in Japan is not the same as leading in France, Brazil, or the U.S. Leadership must adapt to culture without compromising beliefsor success.

Balance is not about doing everything. It’s about choosing what matters most for you. For me, it was work and family first even if that meant sacrifices elsewhere.

Public image almost never reflects who someone truly is. It’s built for the public, often far from reality.

Leadership will consume you. The only way to stay balanced is to set clear priorities. Clarity in choices prevents frustration and builds confidence.

Intuition sparks the idea. Data builds the decision. But when the facts don’t give a clear answer, intuition becomes decisive.

Lebanon is a land of entrepreneurs. The DNA is there: to create, innovate, and add value. But political division drains the energy that should fuel prosperity.

Prosperity is at risk every time justice is weaponized. France has the talent, creativity, and technology but as long as profit is suspicious, the true potential will never be reached.

If you’re a foreign executive in Japan, one internal plot can end your career. Justice isn’t neutral, it serves narrow national and political interests. That’s how the alliance between behind Renault–Nissan–Mitsubishi was destroyed.

In mergers, there’s always a winner and a loser. That creates first-class and second-class citizens. I believe in alliances instead they preserve autonomywhile building strength together.

I kept my critics inside Nissan, listened to them, and delivered strong performance. I never imagined they’d use the justice system to remove me. What hurt most? The absence of gratitude.

The hardest decisions aren’t about what to start, they’re about what to stop. At Nissan & Renault, EVs faced resistance not for the innovation it represented, but for the sacrifices required. Strategy is 5%, execution is 95%.
