Worked on short step approach today, went from only four step. Focused on inverting, bringing in my elbow and driving my hips. Used an 11’5” 140 pole at 110 body weight and a four step. Bungee is at 11’, sagging to 10’6”ish. Even played around with some close grip stuff!

Sophomore year Regionals at Challenger Stadium! I placed fourth overall and cleared 10’6” on my first attempt! Although it’s not how I wanted my season to end, I have made immense progress this season and I plan to keep working all throughout the year. See you next year Region 3!

2x Area Champ!!! It’s off to Regionals next! I am currently seated at third in my region with my PR of 11’1”! I know there is still a lot of work to be done and I can’t wait to grow and learn more! Believe in yourself and trust the process! See you next week!

I hit a TRIPLE PR of 11’1” at district!!! I placed first, making me district champ my sophomore year! This puts me at 16th of all 5A schools in the state, 71st in the entire state and 3rd in my region! I am so overwhelmed with happiness! Area is up next!
