None of you have any idea what's going on, why it's happening, how it might have been prevented, or what to do next. No idea whatsoever. Stop it.
I don't know who needs to hear this but human psychology is malleable and you can absolutely get out of whatever pit of despair you're in. It may not seem like it now, and the dark cloud may never completely go away, but you can radically alter your attention and find more joy.
Whenever I see someone suffering and acting out, I think about how we're all just a stone's throw away from the very same state of existence – or at the very least, closer than we may realize.
In many cases full motivation shows up DURING a good workout, not beforehand. Go even if you don't want to.

Colorado Gov. Polis has signed SB-217 into law, ending qualified immunity for police, heavily restricting use of tear gas/projectiles on citizens, introducing criminal charges for cops who don’t intervene in excessive force cases + much more. All a direct result of protests.
Excited to announce that @RepPressley will co-lead the bill to end qualified immunity. We’ll work relentlessly to build support within Congress for this critical legislation. Police must be held accountable when they violate people’s rights.
