It's incredible to me that shareholders of $RGTI, $IONQ, $QBTS, and $QUBT are ok just endlessly footing the bill for the billions of dollars being spent for trivial updates. Billions are coming from shareholders' pockets, and that will become very clear when the hype stops.

Debt is free money if you can beat the return. For example, if you can get a $1 million loan at 6%, then build a dividend portfolio that pays 7% ( $KHC, $UPS, & $VZ) then you get a free 1%/$10k/year. Housing grows 4-10% depending on the market. A 3% loan is free money.

This is not a hard problem. Build smaller homes faster (@BOXABL), then give first time home buyers competitive loan. $150k max, 3% loan, 15 year terms = $1000/month. Affordable to basically everyone.
