I started CodeceptJS when I learned that there were 2 competing libraries for Selenium Webdriver in NodeJS: @webdriverio and Protractor I built a wrapper on top of them Since that time a lot of new alternatives emegred but @CodeceptJS keeps one syntax to run them all!
Today we removed Protractor & Nightmare from our GitHub tags We are also deprecating corresponding helpers Browser automation engines come, browser automation engines go, but with CodeceptJS you always get your tests working!
