If the cause/company is compelling then it will grow. The Tea Party was funded with big $$ from the start but grew because it was compelling. Conversely, The @JebBush campaign also had $$ which it used to get attention. That $ failed to buy results cause the product was bad
It was great chatting with you, Lawrence. Every major movement from Civil Rights to Gay Rights; from the Tea Party to MAGA has involved lots of money and power structures behind the public protests. That does not delegitimize the cause or the participants.
