Customer service of @EurekaForbes is very pathetic. There is no proper number to connect, should complain only from WhatsApp. Even after creating service request, they will not reach or call us on the scheduled date and time. Don’t go for any product from @EurekaForbes

Pathetic service by @EurekaForbes. I raised issue on 31st Dec. Without contacting me they closed the ticket today after three weeks. Unable to connect to the customer service. Very pathetic.

On Jan 1st we went to movie in PVR nexus mall. Show was supposed to play at 11:50am, but started at 12:16pm. Show was delayed for 26mins and played commercial ads. @VijayGopal_ is there any way to avoid this delay?
