Meglaphobia - a fear of large objects. I have a slight fear (wind turbines, power stations, bridges!) but luckily it doesn't adversely affect my life. Real phobias can be crippling but are often quite simple to treat. What's the strangest one you know of?
What we do to change a situation often becomes precisely what keeps us stuck. Usually because we try to change from a place of anger, fear or desperation. Change is a creative process. We need to step back, accept what is there and become deeply curious about what is possible.
