Leaking a draft opinion of the Supreme Court destroys trust among the justices and undermines justice. The justices must be able to share their thoughts candidly—and vulnerably—with one another. They are judges deciding cases, not legislators writing laws that need public input.

The pathetic spineless leak of a draft SCOTUS opinion has the feel of something a sad little woke 20-something-year-old would do. The kind of person who thinks their personal agenda is “more important.” Whoever did it should lose their law license.
If this story is true, the Court should issue its opinion right away. Otherwise the disgraceful leak wins. I would say that if my side lost. If we lose the integrity of the Court’s process, we lose the Court. That should be intolerable to all of us who live the country.
Pray for Justices Alito, Thomas, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh & Barrett. And their families.
Shame on SCOTUS clerk who leaked abortion draft decision. I know of no previous leak. It matters not your position on abortion. He/she violated Court's sacred rules of trust. Leaker tarnished Court's reputation. All clerks should be polygraphed by FBI.

I don’t have to like Roe v Wade to accept it and want some common sense restrictions. You don’t have to like DC vs Heller to accept it and want some common sense restrictions. But we all have to accept SCOTUS being the law of the land for this all to work. Otherwise it’s anarchy.
